Ultimate Gymnastics is on a monthly billing cycle for our classes. After initial enrollment, monthly tuition is billed on the 15th of each month and enrollment is continuous throughout the season OR until you notify us of cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
***Please note that monthly tuition has been calculated based on enrollment throughout the session.  Holiday/Gym closures have already been factored into the set monthly tuition price and the number of classes in attendance will vary month to month.***

Starting Summer 2023 makeup classes will no longer be offered at Ultimate Gymnastics

If you need help in registering for a class or navigating this website please contact the front office at (847) 856-8573.  If no one is available, please leave a voicemail and we will call you back as soon as possible.

Current Season Cancellation Policy: If you want to cancel enrollment you must cancel in writing to Jamie at [email protected] by the 14th of the month. You will then finish your class until the 14th of the month and not be billed on the 15th.  Cancellations made after the 14th of the month will have their final charge on the 15th and cancellation will take effect the following month.
Summer Session and Camp Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up until June 1st for a full refund.  After June 1st no refunds will be given.
