Party Package!
Ultimate will provide table coverings, dessert plates, forks, and napkins. Room will be set up by our Staff! *If you decide to not do our party package, table coverings are required.

All participants must download and print the waiver below. Guests will need to bring their completed waiver the day of the event. If you’d like to complete your Waiver at Ultimate Gymnastics, we can provide you with one at our gym as well.
