Our Preschool Program at Ultimate Gymnastics is designed to introduce children to the enjoyment of moving their bodies through the fun sport of gymnastics! Students will work on fine and gross motor skills, coordination, and introductory gymnastics skills. Our goal is for them to have fun and build confidence while learning.

    Our Baby Gym classes are structured towards strengthening motor skills, speech and socialization utilizing equipment and props. Students will explore and get acquainted with their surroundings in a separate environment. They will learn skill-based activities as Weill as singing, dancing and using props! Children will learn motor exercises, socialization and student/teacher interaction. Parent required to stay and engage. Only one adult per child is allowed in the room.

    Our Parent & Tot class helps children develop strength, balance, self-confidence and listening skills! This parent assisted class uses lots of equipment and props for skill building fun! All parents or guardians should be fully prepared to participate throughout the entire class. No adults will be allowed on the equipment due to safety regulations.

    Our Preschool students are now independent and will be introduced to bigger gymnastics skills that builds self-esteem, strength, and socialization. These classes are designed to be fun, energetic and positive, while learning basic motor skills. Parent is required to stay if your child needs help going to the bathroom.

    Our Pre-K class is a fun, faster moving class for new or continuing students. Students will learn basic gymnastics skills while improving strength, coordination, flexibility and agility which will get them ready for any sport and allow them to progress in gymnastics. Parent is required to stay if your child needs help going to the bathroom.

  • Advanced Pre-K

    Our Advanced Pre-K is a coach-recommended class for students who demonstrate an above average ability in gymnastics and posses good listening skills. Advanced Pre-K will work on introductory gymnastics skills with a strong emphasis on correct technique, body positions and form.
