We offer Girls and Boys Recreational Programs at Ultimate Gymnastics. Our Programs are grouped by age and ability. Our goal in these classes are for each and every one of our students to achieve and succeed no matter how small the task. Students will increase their strength, flexibility, agility and confidence as they develop a positive attitude towards physical fitness.

    Our Jnior Girls Rec 1 class is a girls gymnastics class for students 5-6 years of age. Participants will gain strength and flexibility as they learn fundamental beginning gymnastics skills on Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor. Age and size appropriate equipment will be used to learn skills while having fun!

    Our Girls Rec 1 class is a girls gymnastics class for students that are 7+. This is an introductory class. No prior gymnastics experience is required to enroll.

    An introduction to boys' gymnastics using age- and size-appropriate equipment. Gymnasts will learn the fundamentals of vault, tumbling, strength, and conditioning in a fun, fast-paced class designed to build confidence and coordination while having fun.
